Niki Moore

Niki Moore, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager in Strategic Planning at Froedtert Health since May 2023. Prior experience includes a ten-year role as a Project Manager at Kohl's Department Stores, where Niki led multiple projects across various departments, managed process enhancements, established contingency plans, ensured quality standards, and oversaw significant budgets ranging from $2 million to over $100 million. Niki's earlier experience at Extendicare as a Process Improvement Manager included leading an ERP conversion to Oracle, developing financial infrastructure, and automating reporting procedures. Niki holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
