Megan Schwent

Megan Schwent (Gleason) has extensive experience in sales enablement and training within the educational sector. Currently serving as the Director of Sales and Product Enablement at Frog Street since January 2025, Megan previously held the role of Director of Sales Enablement & Training at Educational Products Inc. from February 2021 to January 2025. At Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Megan worked as a Business Enablement Specialist and Lead Delivery Specialist, where responsibilities included planning sales initiatives and developing comprehensive onboarding programs for sales teams. Megan's career began at Scholastic, where roles included Sales Onboarding Specialist and Educational Consultant, leading to significant growth in professional consulting teams. Additionally, Megan served as a Project Manager at the International Center for Leadership in Education and held an adjunct faculty position at American Public University System. Megan holds a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from MidAmerica Nazarene University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Special Education from the University of Northern Colorado.
