Kaylan Clemons

Kaylan Clemons has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In recent years, Kaylan has held leadership positions such as Vice President, Head of Talent Engagement - Speaker Division | Content Development at From Day One, where they currently work. Prior to that, Kaylan was the Director of Client Partnerships at 7Nine Partners from 2020 to 2021. In 2019, they worked as an Account Executive in Employer Partnerships at Flatiron School. Before transitioning into education and talent management roles, Kaylan gained valuable experience in the marketing industry at NBCUniversal Media LLC, where they held various positions including Marketing Manager and National Marketing Planner. Additionally, Kaylan worked as a Brand Educator Consultant at MoringaConnect and gained teaching experience as a Curriculum Specialist & Academic Tutor at Making Waves Academy.

Kaylan Clemons obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Spelman College from 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communication from The University of Georgia.
