Alvaro Carrera Montalvo

Alvaro Carrera Montalvo has worked for several companies as an engineer and developer starting in 2016 with Casabaca S.A. In 2017, they worked as an engineer for Oriente Seguros S.A. and in 2018, they became a Specialist in Support for Bluefrog - RenovationIT. In 2020, they worked as an Analyst of System for Diners Club del Ecuador and then became a developer for IBM, working as a Fullstack development engineer until November 2021. Carrera Montalvo then worked as a Frontend Developer for Adecco starting November 2021. Alvaro currently works at FROM, The Digital Transformation Agency, as a Software Developer starting July 2022.

Alvaro Carrera Montalvo recently completed a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from VIU - Universidad Internacional de Valencia in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Las Americas (EC) between 2012 and 2017.
