Steve Hughes

Steve Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Their most recent role was as an Expert in Residence at Imperial Enterprise Lab, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Partner at Kavedon Kapital, starting in February 2022. Steve also served as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Falmouth University in 2022.

In 2020, Steve worked as an Investment Lead at FromCounsel_. Steve held the position of Fellow at the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (The RSA) starting from September 2012.

Steve has also held director positions at D-SIMLAB Technologies from June 2017 to February 2021, Hertzian from March 2017 to December 2020, Imprimatur Capital Ltd from September 2015 to November 2020, and Axial3D | Medical 3D Printing Experts from September 2019 to July 2020.

In addition, Steve served as the Head of Business Development at Emerald Street Ventures Ltd from April 2014 to September 2015.

Steve Hughes completed their Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Economics from Loughborough University between 1991 and 1994. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in European Economics and Finance at the same university from 1994 to 1995.
