Adele Benteler-Rodway

Adele Benteler-Rodway currently serves as a Sales Planner in Beauty Education at Fromm International since September 2023. Previously, Adele worked at E-T-A Engineering Technology as a Customer Service Account Specialist, where responsibilities included managing customer accounts, onboarding new clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Adele held various roles at M.A.C Cosmetics, including Customer Service Consultant and General Manager, focusing on customer service and staff development. Experience also includes roles in account management at Wheels, Inc. and teaching English at Amundsen High School. Adele possesses a Bachelor of Arts in English and Secondary Education from Northeastern Illinois University, along with an Associate of Arts from Harper College.
