Jon Peck

Jon Peck is an experienced operator in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Front Burner Society since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jon held various leadership positions at Vandelay Hospitality Group from January 2020 to August 2023, including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President, and Vice President of Operations. Jon also worked at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group from November 2014 to January 2020 as Regional Director and General Manager. Earlier in Jon’s career, management responsibilities were held at Seasons 52 Restaurant from October 2006 to October 2014 as Managing Partner, and Jon served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant (non-commissioned officer) from August 2002 to August 2006.
