Ben Taylor

Ben Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and leadership within the ticketing industry. Since February 2007, Ben has served as the Chief Operating Officer at Front Gate Tickets, overseeing diverse departments such as Business Development, Client Services, and Compliance. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations, where Ben led client-facing divisions, and Director of Operations, focusing on customer service and project management. Previous positions at the City of Lubbock and Civic Lubbock, Inc. highlighted expertise in box office management and customer service. Earlier in their career, Ben was a freelance percussionist and music instructor. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Music from Texas Tech University.
