Isabella Santos has a diverse work experience in the media and communications field. Isabella started their career as an intern at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, where they worked as a Social Media and Production Intern at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Isabella then interned at Viacom as a Nickelodeon Social Media Intern. Isabella later became a USA Network Intern at NBCUniversal Media, LLC.

Isabella continued to build their expertise in social media and content production by working at Cheddar News. Isabella first worked as a Social Media Associate, then progressed to the role of Social Media Specialist. At Cheddar News, they were responsible for managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.

Following their time at Cheddar News, Isabella joined NBC Sports Philadelphia as a Phillies Social Media Specialist, where they focused on creating social media content and engaging with fans.

Isabella then worked at Morning Brew as a Social Video Editor and Franchise Content Producer. In these roles, they created video content for social media and produced engaging franchise content.

Most recently, Isabella joined Front Office Sports as a Social Media Editor, where they are responsible for managing and creating content for social media platforms.
