Kelsey Aroian

Kelsey Aroian is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in brand development and marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Brand Design at Front since May 2022, Kelsey leads the brand design team and fosters brand initiatives across the organization. Previously, Kelsey co-founded and led Paladar Studio, a brand and storytelling studio, from January 2018 to May 2022. Prior roles include Head of Brand & Content at Designer Fund, where Kelsey managed various design and content efforts, and Marketing Programs Lead at Asana, where Kelsey launched numerous brand awareness campaigns. Kelsey also held positions as a recruiter at Asana and a community manager at Impact Hub Network, in addition to a program coordinator role at Babson College. Academic qualifications include a BA in Political Science from the University of Vermont and international studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and American University.
