Melanie Thomas

Melanie Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Melanie began their career at American Home Shield in 1999, where they held various roles including Operations Coordinator, Account Manager, Senior National Account Manager, and Director of Business Development. In 2013, they joined ServiceMaster as the Director of Business Development, where they developed opportunities between external partners and multiple ServiceMaster brands. In 2018, they moved to Frontdoor, Inc. where they served as the Business Development Director & M&A Integration Officer, responsible for identifying strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth for the company and its six brands.

Melanie Thomas attended the University of Mississippi - School of Business Administration from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Marketing.
