Meredith Diagostino

Meredith Diagostino is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and management. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Frontdoor, Inc. since October 2018, Meredith has successfully delivered OKRs for corporate functions and implemented end-to-end talent development solutions. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Target from 2005 to July 2018 encompassed various HR roles, including HR Business Partner and Human Resource Manager, where Meredith focused on staffing, training, and team culture while building high-performing HR teams. Educationally, Meredith holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Arkansas and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Interdisciplinary Studies from the same institution.
