Mina Kelly

Mina Kelly has over 13 years of experience in human resources. Mina currently holds the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Frontdoor, Inc., where they have been working since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2016 to 2019. From 2008 to 2016, Mina worked at Lockheed Martin as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Site Lead. Mina began their career in 2006 as a Human Resources Specialist at The University of Texas at Arlington.

Mina Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Sociology from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, which they obtained from 1999 to 2004. Mina later pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Amberton University, completing it from 2007 to 2009.
