As a Portfolio Director of Home Warranties, they were responsible for P&L management, achieving a 10X improvement in year-over-year product contribution margin. Raymond also utilized competitive intelligence and existing product margins to improve contribution margin by 3X ($3 million). Raymond also served as a Director of Transformation at Direct Energy, overseeing efficiency initiatives and delivering significant annualized efficiency savings.
In the early years of their career, Raymond worked as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from 2007 to 2015. Overall, Raymond Tong has a strong background in pricing, analytics, customer experience, and efficiency management across various industries.
Raymond Tong has an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2003-2007).
