James Guentner has extensive work experience spanning over three decades. James started their career at Xerox in 1990, where they worked as a Software Engineer, Network Systems Engineer, and eventually became the Network Manager, responsible for managing a multi-site engineering network. In 2000, they joined Wealth CFO as the Chief Technology Officer, where they designed and managed the company's IT infrastructure.
After their stint at Wealth CFO, James returned to Xerox in various roles. James served as the Xerox Office Services Solution Architect, responsible for architecting output management office solutions for large enterprise customers. James also worked as a Solutions Engineer, responsible for the architecture and deployment of key Xerox back office initiatives.
In 2010, James became the Product Owner for Business Intelligence and Reporting at Xerox, delivering a Business Intelligence and Reporting platform suite. James also served as the Product Owner for Print Management Tools used in Xerox's reseller services business, managing millions of devices.
In 2013, James took on the role of Senior Business System Analyst at Xerox, responsible for determining requirements and specifying effective business processes. James also served as the Technical Product Owner, improving printer management software tools that generated millions of dollars in revenue for Xerox.
In 2018, James joined Red Argyle as the Director of Delivery and Project Management, overseeing the delivery of Salesforce consulting and development projects. James also owned the definition and execution of delivery processes.
James then joined Paychex in 2021 as a Product Owner, where they developed and grew business relationships and translated product roadmap features into actionable tasks for three scrum teams.
Most recently, in 2022, James joined FrontEdge Inc. as a Technical Business Analyst, where they maintain subject matter expertise of the School District Enterprise Resource Planning platform and builds relationships with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into user stories.
Throughout their career, James has consistently demonstrated strong technical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
James Guentner completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the State University of New York at Oswego from 1985 to 1990. James further pursued their education and obtained a Masters of Science degree in Product Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2010.
