Sean Callahan

Sean Callahan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and investment roles. Currently serving as CEO and 1st Partner at Frontenac, Sean focuses on identifying new investment opportunities in specialty ecommerce, lighting, and DTC businesses. Additionally, Sean holds board positions at Roll & Hill, Monterey Bay Herb Co., and Heartwork. As a consultant for private companies and private equity firms, Sean specializes in strategic planning and digitally led growth initiatives. Previously, as CEO of YDesign Group (formerly YLighting), Sean led the company through significant revenue growth and a successful acquisition by Design Holding. Sean's earlier experience includes senior leadership roles at Business Engine and Oracle, complemented by advanced degrees from Northwestern University and Penn State University.
