Kelly Chen

Kelly Chen has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Kelly currently holds the position of Director of Finance at FRONTEO USA. Prior to this, they worked as the Financial Director at Fronteo Taiwan, where they managed various financial responsibilities, including compliance with regulations, client litigation work, and optimization of workflows. Kelly also served as the Senior Controller at Parexel, overseeing operations in Japan, the Philippines, and Thailand. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as CFO at 施耐德電氣, Chief Finance Officer & KAM Director at AstraZeneca, and Senior Audit Lead at Deloitte. Throughout their career, Kelly has achieved significant accomplishments, including meeting financial targets, improving operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives.

Kelly Chen earned their Master's degree in Accounting from National Chengchi University from 1998 to 2000. Kelly later pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in International Business from National Taiwan University from 2011 to 2013.
