Michael Hart has extensive experience in technical recruitment. Michael started their career at RSK Tech in 2007, where they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter, handling end-to-end recruitment for various sectors such as investment banking, software firms, and healthcare. Michael also established strong relationships with practice managers and filled high-profile technical staffing requirements.
In 2014, Michael joined Goldman Sachs as a Lead Technical Recruiter. Michael later took on the role of Senior Contract Recruiter, where they handled end-to-end technical recruitment for various technologies and programming languages. Their responsibilities included sourcing and recruiting candidates proficient in Java, .Net, C++, Ruby on Rails, and more.
After leaving Goldman Sachs in 2016, Michael worked as a Senior Lead Technical Recruiter at CDI Engineering Solutions and as a Senior Technical Recruiter at IQTP RPO. Michael joined Juniper Networks in 2019 as a Senior Technical Recruiter on a contract basis.
From 2020 to 2022, Michael worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Glenmont Agency. After that, they joined RxSense in 2022 as a Senior Technical Recruiter.
Most recently, in 2023, Michael started working at Frontgrade Technologies as a Corporate Technical Recruiter.
Michael Hart holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business from the University of Maryland. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in LinkedIn Recruiter from LinkedIn in January 2020 and in CIR-Certified Internet Recruiter from AIRS, an ADP company, in 2020.
