Shawn Beaman

Shawn Beaman is an experienced program manager with a strong background in advanced electronics and aerospace integration. Currently serving as Program Manager V at Frontgrade Technologies since April 2022, Shawn previously held the position of Program Manager at SEAKR Engineering, Inc., contributing to cutting-edge projects in space technology. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager at Advanced Integration Technology, overseeing major integration projects with leading aerospace companies, and Program Manager at Vought Aircraft, achieving significant cost savings and optimizing processes. Shawn's career began with a foundation in tooling design for the 787 program and a Bachelor of Science in Technology Manufacturing from Purdue University.
