Gordon Thompson

Gordon Thompson has over 30 years of work experience in IT and quality management roles. Gordon is currently the Head of IT Operations and Cybersecurity at Frontier Agriculture since 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at Dyson Technologies, including Global IT Operations Director, Head of Dev & QA, Head of QA, QA Manager, and Global IT Director. Gordon also worked as the Head of Test Strategy, Change, and Release at Wincanton GmbH and as the IT Quality Assurance Manager at ING Direct UK. Before transitioning to the private sector, Gordon served in the British Army as a Junior NCO in the Royal Signals, where they were responsible for network support services and conducted field trials.
