Nik Thompson

Nik Thompson has extensive experience in the agriculture sector, currently serving as the Fertiliser Product Manager at Frontier Agriculture since January 1993, overseeing marketing, importing, and financial reporting for the fertiliser business. Thompson previously held the role of Southern Fertiliser Manager at Frontier Agriculture Ltd from September 1999 to January 2004, managing fertiliser teams in southern England. Prior to this, Thompson worked as a Sales Team Leader at Banks Cargill Agriculture Ltd from July 1996 to September 1999, and began a career at Cargill from January 1991 to August 1996, focusing on animal feed logistics and establishing a grain claims system. Educational background includes a degree in Business and Finance from Tresham, completed between 1989 and 1991, and earlier education at Montagu School in Kettering from 1984 to 1989.
