Carolyn Wilson-Kennedy

Carolyn Wilson-Kennedy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Frontier Communications since April 2016, Carolyn oversees 4 direct reports and 69 union associates in a dynamic environment, following Frontier's acquisition of Verizon. Prior to this, Carolyn spent over 21 years at Verizon, progressing through various roles including Area Operations Manager and Operations Resource Manager, where responsibilities included managing budgetary objectives, productivity improvement, and resource planning. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Stony Brook University and was educated at the Convent of Mercy Academy.
