Foster Chad

Foster Chad is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in telecommunications management. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Frontier Communications since June 2010, Foster oversees OSP engineering across multiple states including Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Previously, Foster held the position of Local Manager at Frontier Communications, managing operations for residential and commercial services. Foster's career also includes a tenure at Verizon from June 1997 to June 2010, where responsibilities included customer retention and satisfaction, as well as leading a team of 20-22 service and cable splicing technicians. Foster holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, completed in 1996.
