James Otts

James Otts is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in IT systems engineering and security. Since 2010, James has served as Principal IT Systems Engineering at Frontier Communications, focusing on security engineering. Prior to this, James held various roles at Verizon from 2000 to 2010, including positions as a security engineer, analyst, systems engineer, and network engineer. James also worked at GTE Internetworking from 1998 to 2000 as a senior systems and security engineer. Earlier experience includes service in the US Navy from 1987 to 1998 as a cryptologic technician and software developer. James has pursued education in computer science and programming language development at the University of West Florida and Pensacola Junior College.
