Monica "Mo" Braden has held various leadership roles in the technology and operations departments at Frontier Communications. Monica "Mo" has experience in managing ERP systems, HR systems, integration processes, insights and analytics, revenue operations, and operations support systems. Monica has also worked at Centennial Communications and Alltel Information Services in roles related to billing and client services. Monica "Mo" holds a Master of Science degree in Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
