Rickay Hidalgo

Rickay Hidalgo is the current Vice President of Operations for Frontier Management in Southern California. Rickay has over 25 years of experience in various aspects of business operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, accounting, and healthcare administration.

Rickay began their career in 1996 as the Accounting/Office Manager for Southwest Ready Mix. Rickay then took a position as Payroll Specialist at Good Samaritan Hospital in 2005, before moving on to Buck Owens Crystal Palace as Full Charge Bookkeeper in 2007.

In 2009, Rickay became a Licensed Vocational Nurse with Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc., where they provided nursing care to in-patient behavioral health clients. Rickay left Crestwood in 2012 to become the Clinical Site Manager for Adventist Health Central Valley Network. In this role, they were responsible for the daily operations of a rural health clinic.

In 2014, Rickay took a position as Home Health Nurse with Around the Clock, providing patient care in the home setting. Rickay left Around the Clock in 2015 to become the Executive Director at Carrington Of Shafter, an assisted living facility that provides care to seniors in accordance with Title 22 Regulations.

Rickay remained at Carrington Of Shafter until 2017 when they became the Executive Director at The Village at Seven Oaks. Rickay has been with Frontier Management since 2021.

Rickay Hidalgo has a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management from Western Governors University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from University of Phoenix, and an Associate’s Degree in Libral Arts from Taft College. Rickay is certified by the American Health Care Association as an Infection Preventionist, by the State of California as an RCFE, by the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians as a Vocational Nurse, and by the Nevada State Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Rickay Hidalgo reports to Greg Roderick, President & CEO. They work with Peter Chen - SVP, Accounting, Jennifer Moody - Interim VP, Operations, Washington, and Kristi Davis - VP, Operations, East Region.
