Andrew Krivoshik began their education at The Pingry School, where they studied from 1981 to 1986. In 1981 and 1982, they also attended the Move Ahead Program at Stevens Institute of Technology. After completing high school, they enrolled at Princeton University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with Honors from 1986 to 1990. Following their undergraduate studies, Andrew attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1990 to 1999. During this time, they were a combined MD-PhD candidate in Medicine and Biophysics through the Medical Scholars Program. In 1994, they earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Urbana-Champaign. In 2001, Andrew completed their PhD in Biophysics and Computational Biology. Additionally, they undertook an internship and residency in Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine at the Mayo Clinic from 1999 to 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they specialized further in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology during a fellowship at Duke University. Additionally, Andrew briefly studied accident and emergency medicine at King's College London in 1999.
