Poonam Jani

Poonam Jani has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Poonam started their career in 2008 at Wipro as a Senior Technical Support Associate, where they provided technical troubleshooting and customer support. Poonam then joined UnitedHealth Group as a Claim Representative Associate for a short period. In 2013, Poonam worked as an intern in the Quality Department at Jehangir Clinical Development Centre (JCDC), where they gained experience in research coordination, process improvement, and quality control. In 2014, they joined Sykes Enterprises, Inc. as a Technical Support Executive, providing technical assistance to clients. Currently, Poonam is working at Frontier Science & Technology Research Foundation, Inc. (FSTRF) / IBCSG Data Management Center as a Clinical Data Manager/Trial Coordinator since 2015.
