Richard "Russ" Russo has a diverse work experience in various industries ranging from aerospace to technology. Richard "Russ" started their career as a Mechanical/Electrical Quality Assurance Representative at GE Aerospace in 1990 and transitioned to Lockheed Martin in 1992, where they served as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for six years. In 1998, Russo joined RELX Group as a Technical Project Manager and later took on the role of Software Development Manager / QA Director from 2003 to 2014. Richard "Russ" then moved to EVO Payments International GmbH, where they held the position of Vice President Quality Assurance from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Russo is the Director of IT Quality Management & Compliance at FrontierBPM, Inc., a role they have held since 2016.

Richard "Russ" Russo began their education journey by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University, which they completed between 1994 and 1996. Continuing their academic pursuits, they then pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems from Drexel University, graduating in the year 2001.

In addition to their formal degrees, Russ has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Richard "Russ" earned a Certificate of Achievement from Dale Carnegie Training in May 2005. Further expanding their expertise, Russ obtained a Master Certificate in Software Testing from Villanova University in December 2008. Richard "Russ" also acquired a Master Certificate in Business Process Management from the University of San Francisco in May 2011.

Additionally, Russ has obtained two certifications related to Scrum - they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in March 2012 and a Certified Scrum Master through ASPE, a division of Fortis College, in July 2012. These certifications exemplify their commitment to staying current with industry best practices and methodologies.
