Taylor Harvey

Taylor Harvey has extensive work experience in technical writing and content management. They started their career in 2018 at UST Global, where they developed and curated technical documentation for APM Terminals, implementing a documentation management workflow and ITIL best practices. In 2020, they worked at Datalex as a Technical Writer before moving to R3, where they held the same role. In 2022, Taylor joined Argyle as a Documentation Team Lead and later transitioned to the role of Senior Technical Content Team Lead at Frontiers.

Taylor Harvey has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English: Language, Media, and Communication from the University of Rochester, which was obtained between 2010 and 2015. In 2013, Taylor also had a brief stint at Advanced Studies in England. Taylor then pursued a Specialist Degree in ESL Methodology and Assessment from Universidad Pontificia Comillas between 2015 and 2018. In terms of additional certifications, Taylor obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019, and two LinkedIn certifications, "How to Keep High Performers Engaged" and "Managing a Cross-Functional Team," in 2023.
