Tess Markidi Richards

Tess Markidi Richards has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Tess is currently working at Frontiers as a People Operations Team Lead, where they have held various roles such as People Advisor, People Coordinator, and People Administrator. Prior to their current position, Tess worked at DueDil as a Human Resources Administrator and later as an Office Manager. At DueDil, they were responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, administering payroll, assisting the finance department, organizing company events, building the company culture, vendor management, and ensuring office efficiency. Before joining DueDil, they worked as a Cabin Crew member at Ryanair - Europe's Favourite Airline.
