Theresa O'Reilly

Theresa O'Reilly has eight years of experience in the field of HR and benefits. Theresa began their career at the Environment Agency in 2008 as an HR Support Officer. After that, they worked as an HR Services Officer at Shaw Trust for six months. In 2010, they joined Unite Students as an HR Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of HR Advisor (Reward) in 2014. From 2017 to 2021, Theresa served as a Reward Consultant at AXA UK. Theresa then moved on to RSK Group, where they worked as a Reward & Benefits Manager for two years. Currently, Theresa is the Benefits Lead at Frontiers, starting in April 2023.

Theresa O'Reilly studied Human Resources Management at the University of the West of England from 2012 to 2014.
