Madeleine Zuber

Madeleine Perrin (Zuber) currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts DACH at Frontify since March 2023, specializing in brand management solutions. Prior to this role, Madeleine was a Senior Customer Success Manager at Aircall from June 2019 to February 2023, managing a portfolio of approximately 50 accounts and achieving first place in the organization worldwide for the Presidents Club 2021. Madeleine began their career in marketing and business development at Kayrros, where responsibilities included product marketing support and event organization. Earlier experiences include internships at SEB and KPMG, along with leadership roles at Föreningen Uppsalaekonomerna and as a student representative at Uppsala University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Administrative Studies from Boston University and a Master of Arts in International Business from Munich Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Uppsala University.
