Joanna Bakas

Joanna Bakas is currently the Managing Partner International at Frontira. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner at LHBS from April 2010 to October 2020. Before LHBS, they were the Strategy Director at DDB Budapest from April 2004 to March 2010. Joanna has also held the positions of European Strategy Director at Lowe Adventa, Business Development Director at DDB, and Regional Client Service Director at DDB Athens. Joanna started their career in 1992 as an Account Director at Saatchi & Saatchi and then moved to McCann in 1995. In 1990, they worked as a Research Analyst at IRI. Joanna has over 25 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry.

Joanna Bakas attended Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, where they earned a Diploma in Strategy and Innovation. Joanna then went on to earn their MA in Economics at Northwestern University and their BA in Economics at Loyola University Chicago.
