Malin Ø. Røsstad has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Malin Ø. currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Frontkom, where they focus on building structural capital to enhance efficiency and professionalism to accommodate the company's growth. Prior to this, they were a Development Manager at Visma, leading international development teams and ensuring high-quality deliveries. Malin Ø. also worked as a Consultant and Career Coach, providing support to businesses in change management and coaching individuals in job searches. Additionally, they were a HRM/HCM Product Owner at 4human HRM, a HR Officer at South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive, and a Business Support Officer at City of York Council, where they implemented efficiency projects. Malin has also held roles as a Recruitment Officer, HR Work Placement, Chairman of the Board, and Executive Officer in various organizations.

Malin Ø. Røsstad holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from The University of York. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management from Hedmark University College. Additionally, they have studied Marketing, Psychology, and Entrepreneurship at Lancaster University.
