Roxanne McKinley

Roxanne McKinley serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Frontline Dental Implant Specialists since December 2023, previously holding the position of Vice President of Integrations from September 2022 to December 2023. Prior to their tenure at Frontline, Roxanne operated as an Independent Advisor and Consultant from May 2020 to September 2022, focusing on business operations and leadership. Roxanne's extensive experience includes serving as the Director of Transitions at North American Dental Group from July 2014 to May 2020, and as Regional Manager at Aspen Dental from August 2007 to July 2014. Earlier in Roxanne's career, from September 1997 to August 2007, a role as Practice Manager at Dental Care Partners was held. Roxanne McKinley graduated from Kent State University.
