Nithya Arakotaram

Nithya Arakotaram started their work experience in 2010 as an intern at IBM, where they implemented Java code for the advanced views of the WRT plugin. Nithya also wrote test plans and used SWT for UI representation. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer at Alcatel Lucent, where they implemented automation test scripts in Java for Android platforms. Nithya was responsible for testing complex features and developing test cases. Nithya also conducted server API unit testing and used JIRA for bug tracking. Since 2015, Nithya has been working as a Java Developer at Frontline Education.

Nithya Arakotaram completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Science and Engineering from SJCE from 2007 to 2011. Nithya went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained two certifications from Oracle. In September 2013, they became an Oracle Certified Java Web Component Developer, and in August 2013, they obtained the Oracle Certified Java Professional for Java 6 certification.
