Robyn Wagenknecht

Robyn Wagenknecht has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Robyn began their career in 1995 at ProBusiness, where they worked as an Implementation Consultant and later as a Senior Implementation Consultant. In these roles, they implemented payroll software for large companies, facilitated HR and GL interfaces, and managed resources and high-profile clients.

Robyn then moved to InsWeb in 2005, where they initially worked as a Staff Accountant, performing cash reconciliations and implementing a new expense system. Robyn later transitioned to the role of Product Coordinator. In this position, they trained users on the new expense system and verified and reconciled expense reports.

Most recently, Robyn worked at Escape Technology as a Software Support Analyst from 2014 to 2019. In this role, they mentored new professionals and resolved customer issues by identifying, researching, and documenting support requests.

In 2019, they joined Frontline Education as a Software Support Analyst, where they continued to mentor new professionals and resolve customer issues.
