Erica Rosado

Erica Rosado has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Erica currently works at Frontline Insurance as a Business Analyst, where they started as a Personal Lines Underwriter in July 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Wren Insurance Group as a Customer Service Representative from August 2008 to December 2010. Erica also held a Customer Service Representative role at Gentry Insurance Agency from June 2003 to June 2006. In their roles, they handled various tasks including servicing personal lines customers, managing new business and renewals, processing endorsements, handling claims, and making payments. Erica also had experience interfacing with different companies' websites for policy uploads and payments.

Erica Rosado attended Florida State University from 1999 to 2000, where they studied Psychology. Erica then enrolled in arts and technology Jobs from 2002 to 2004 and obtained an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. In addition to their formal education, Erica Rosado also achieved additional certifications, including an Associate in Personal Insurance (API) from The Institutes in June 2020 and an Associate in General Insurance (AINS) from The Institutes in September 2019.
