Lori White, CSM

Lori White, CSM, has a diverse work experience in various roles. Lori is currently a Senior Program Manager at Frontline Insurance, where they lead multiple enterprise projects and facilitates meetings with senior executives to gather requirements and estimates. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Manager at the same company.

Before joining Frontline Insurance, Lori was with Ripley Entertainment, where they served as an Exhibits and Archives Manager / SharePoint Administrator, managing a team and overseeing collections/inventory and digital asset management systems. Lori also held the role of Content Management Systems Manager at Ripley Entertainment.

Lori has also worked at Frontline Insurance previously as a Cloud Operations Analyst, where they served as a Scrum Master for the business intelligence team and provided departmental updates to the director. Lori was responsible for the administration and training of SharePoint Online.

In their earlier career, Lori worked at a.i. solutions as a Business Analyst / Documentation Specialist, managing the revision, approval, and release of documentation for the Launch Services Program. Lori also curated the program's information management SharePoint site.

Lori's work experience also includes a role as a Configuration Analyst at Northrop Grumman, where they managed configuration management processes and software and served as a liaison for documentation between facilities.

Lori White, CSM, has a Bachelor's Degree in Geography and Earth Sciences from Salisbury University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Before that, they completed an Associate of Arts degree in Secondary Education from Wor-Wic Community College from 2005 to 2007. In terms of continuing education, they are currently attending Seminole State College of Florida with an expected completion year in 2022.

Lori White also holds several certifications. In 2017, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2018, they received the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert. More recently, in 2021 and 2022, they obtained certifications in SharePoint, Agile Methodologies, Microsoft Power Automate, CAPM Foundations Course, ASHI-CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid All Ages, and CAPM Certification Course, from various institutions including LinkedIn, GoSkills.com, and the American Safety and Health Institute. In September 2022, they completed the ETHIC 311: Ethical Decision Making in Risk and Insurance Course and the AINS 101: Increasing Your Insurance IQ Course, both offered by The Institutes.
