Craig Friedl has extensive work experience in the customer service and operations field. Craig currently serves as the President of Frontline Managed Services, a role they have held since December 2020. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer and Global IT Managed Services at the same company from February 2016 to December 2020.
Before their time at Frontline Managed Services, Craig worked at NOMAD as a member of the Board of Directors. At NOMAD, they contributed to helping companies improve customer experience using AI-based software. Their tenure at NOMAD lasted from July 2016 to September 2019.
From 2014 to 2016, Craig held the position of Vice President of Service Desk Operations at Intelliteach. In this role, they oversaw the operations of the service desk department.
Prior to Intelliteach, Craig worked for Clear Harbor as the Corporate Director of Contact Center Operations from November 2009 to February 2014. Craig was responsible for the management and coordination of contact center operations.
Craig also has prior experience at Expedia, where they held various roles including Senior Director of Business Operations from June 2003 to April 2007, and Director of Call Center Operations from June 2000 to June 2003.
At Safeco, they served as the Assistant Director of Contact Centers from June 1999 to June 2000.
Craig's career began at Alaska Airlines in 1985, where they held the position of Senior Manager of Telephone Sales and Support until June 1999.

Craig Friedl attended North Idaho College from 1982 to 1983, where they studied Business. Craig then went on to Colorado Mesa University from 1983 to 1984, also studying Business.
