Aisha-Alexander Young

Aisha Alexander-Young is an experienced leader in the fields of consulting, racial equity, and community development. Currently serving as the Lead of Consulting Practice at Frontline Solutions, Aisha plays a strategic role on the executive leadership team, focusing on consulting best practices, mentoring, and expanding the consulting practice. Previously, Aisha was the Chief Executive Officer of Giving Gap, committed to closing the racial equity gap in philanthropy. Aisha's extensive background also includes leadership roles at Meyer Foundation, DREAM DEFENDERS, KaBOOM!, and the City of Charlotte, emphasizing racial justice, community engagement, and program development. Aisha holds a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Hampton University.
