Leah Mumford

Leah Mumford is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in various paralegal roles. Currently serving as Manager of Legal & Compliance at FrontRange Capital Partners, LLC since 2019, Leah previously held the position of Corporate Paralegal at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck from February 2016 to February 2023, along with experience as a Senior Transaction Paralegal at Republic Financial Corp from April 2013 to February 2016, and as a Corporate Paralegal at Holme Roberts & Owen, LLP from August 2007 to September 2009. Among key responsibilities, Leah assists in-house counsel with capital market financing, private equity transactions, and manages extensive corporate records for a significant number of subsidiaries.
