Ryan Bartel

Ryan Bartel currently serves as the Digital Operations Manager at Frost, a position held since September 2023. With extensive experience at USAA from June 2007 to November 2022, Ryan held several leadership roles, including Director of Business Strategy & Planning, where oversight involved programs supporting digital experience teams. Additional roles included Product Management Director and Experience Owner, focusing on cross-channel experiences, and Director of Strategic & Operational Planning, leading teams in enterprise strategies. Ryan's earlier career at the USAF included positions such as Personnel Officer and Enlisted. Ryan holds an MBA from Touro University Worldwide and a BS in Biology from Allegheny College.
