Ohia Amadi

Ohia Amadi currently serves as Counsel at FROST LLP since April 2024, previously holding the position of Special Counsel at Akerman LLP from April 2022 to March 2024. Prior to that, Amadi was a Partner at Reif Law Group, P.C. for four years and the Managing Attorney at Amadi Law Corp. for a brief period. Early career included roles as an Attorney at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo and Elkins Kalt Weintraub Reuben Gartside LLP, along with experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Ohia Amadi earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Yale University, along with an education at the Arkansas School for Math & Science.
