Shawanda Roberts currently serves as the Global Vice President of Sales at Frost & Sullivan, where notable achievements include generating over $20M in new logo revenue and significantly increasing annual recurring revenue from $5M to $150M. With a strong background in sales, Shawanda has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales and Director of Sales, Americas. Additionally, Shawanda is actively involved in mentoring and advocating for women in sales through roles such as Advisory Board Member for GirlzWhoSell and Houston Christian University. Shawanda has co-authored “Heels to Deals,” a book aimed at empowering women in sales. Shawanda's earlier experience includes client director positions at Everest Group and Frost & Sullivan, alongside a Master's degree in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word.
