Alma D. Gonzalez

Alma Gonzalez is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Frost Valley YMCA since May 2023, contributing to the organization's mission. As the Owner of Mamba's Fiesta and Managing Member of Mamba's Creations LLC, Alma operates a flower and gift shop and a specialty craft store offering handmade vintage crochet gifts and supplies. Previous roles include Outlet Sales & Operations Manager at Bob's Discount Furniture, Visual Manager and Product Specialist at Ashley Furniture Homestores, and Assistant Store Manager at Walmart, where major projects included Project Reboot. Alma also owned Con Sazon Inc., an event venue, and worked as an Internet Startup Specialist at Palm Ventures LLC. Alma holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Mercy University and is pursuing a PhD in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations at Northcentral University.
