Taylor Gerhardt

Taylor Gerhardt currently serves as the President and Managing Principal at FrostPoint Capital since July 2020. Prior to this role, Taylor held positions as Property Manager at Noble Properties from July 2018 to June 2020, and as Project Manager/Leasing Representative at Empire Management of CNY, Inc. from November 2016 to January 2018. Taylor's experience also includes project management roles at COR Development Company L.L.C. and GSP Holdings, as well as a construction laborer position with J.J Lane General Contractor and CENTURY HEATING + COOLING. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from St. Lawrence University in 2014, following completion of high school at Fayetteville-Manlius Senior High School in 2010.
