Danielle Chaves Vieira

Danielle Chaves Vieira serves as the Management System Coordinator for Operations and Technical Support at MODEC, Inc. since July 2020, leading a team that supports operational, HSSE, and technical departments across Brazil and Mexico, while also overseeing the mapping of management system documents for pre-operation phases. Concurrently, Danielle is a mentor for the "Achieving Exceptional Results" knowledge track at FRST Falconi. Previously, Danielle held management roles at PetroRio and MetrôRio, focusing on performance indicators and strategic project support. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at Instituto Aquila and SulAmérica, as well as positions at Vale and BHP. Danielle holds various educational qualifications, including an ongoing Leadership and Management Certificate from Wharton Online, a postgraduate degree in Neurosciences and Behavior from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and a BA in Business from Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro.
