Brittany Dukes

Brittany Dukes is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Development & Talent Acquisition at Fruit of the Loom, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Brittany held various senior HR positions at Sysco, including Senior Director of Human Resources Business Projects and Region Vice President of Human Resources, as well as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sysco Central Illinois. Brittany also has experience as a Disney Travel Agent at Away With Me Travel and began a career in human resources with roles at Sysco Louisville. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts & Letters in Advertising with a minor in Sales from Western Kentucky University, complemented by an early education at Assumption High School.
